Fall 2009 Update
Following the fire on November 2008, we evacuated ourselves to St. Mary's Retreat House, a retreat house run by the Sisters of the Holy Nativity. Over the next few months it seemed best to the sisters and to us that we live here and manage the retreat house. This summer we signed a formal agreement to live here and manage the house on behalf of the sisters.
We now have space for as many as twenty four guests. We are honoring all of the reservations made by the sisters, and we are making new ones. Many weekends in the next few months are already reserved, but we have space for individuals and groups during the week. We encourage you to make a reservation for two or three days.
You will be happy to know that our popular cook, Luis Ruelas, continues to cook for us and is providing delightful meals Wednesdays through Sundays.
ALSO the venerable Friday Morning Group again meets weekly on Fridays at 7:30 for Lauds and a celebration of the Eucharist, together with a shared reflection, and following by Luis' coffee cake breakfast. All are invited.

It really made me smile to see this new web page. It points to moving forward. Adelante as Bishop Borsch used to say. I look forward to being able to visit in November. Also, KUDOS to whoever is doing the design work on the page, it looks great.
Yes! I heartily second Alan's comments. This new website looks wonderful and very much in the hospitable spirit of both Mt. Calvary and St. Mary's! Nancy and I look forward to visiting you all soon.
